Your Weekly Routine

Wash Days (1–2× per week)

1. Pre-poo / Hot Oil Treatment (optional, 15–30 min before washing): Apply the Hair Growth Oil generously from scalp to ends. Cover with a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer or warm towel for 15–30 minutes to allow deep penetration.
2. Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply the Hair Growth Shampoo, massage gently into scalp for 1–2 minutes to stimulate circulation and lift buildup. Rinse completely.
3. Condition: Apply the Hair Growth Conditioner from mid-shaft to ends. Leave on for 3–5 minutes (or longer for a deep-conditioning treatment). Rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle.
4. Dry and style as usual.

Between Wash Days (daily or as needed)

• Apply a few drops of the Hair Growth Oil directly to the scalp and massage in with your fingertips for 1–2 minutes to boost circulation.
• Can also be used on ends to control dryness and add shine.
